This weekend was full of good times spent with people I love. I thought I’d share it with you, because it was just so fun. Like always especially after the tragic event that happened in Boston, it’s important to love on your loved ones. Please take a moment to pray for the families and people affected by the incident during the Boston Marathon. Well everyone who knows me, knows I like to chill at home. Of course I also like checking out different events and things, but movies in bed always sound splendid. Ha! This weekend though I was on the go.
Saturday I had some wonderful food, which I will reveal tomorrow for Tasty Tuesday (wink, wink). Then I had some yummy yogurt from Orange Leaf. Sunday I participated in a photo shoot promoting the Love She T-shirt of fellow blogger, Jasmine Marie. You can peek here to see how I wore it previously.
Later I spent time helping promote the youth ministry at Heartland Church, and afterwards saw the movie 42-The Jackie Robinson Story. I won’t give away the movie, but I thoroughly enjoyed it… truly inspirational and thought provoking. Later that evening was date night with the love of my life, Erik Handwork. We made cupcakes and headed for a romantic walk on the gorgeous Geist Reservoir. How was your weekend?
