It baffles me how people know what’s right, yet they still do wrong. They know what to do, when to do it—and they still mess up intentionally. Is there a satisfaction in that?
I know for a fact that most people that do wrong they condemn themselves because they know better. So what is the satisfaction in that if your going to beat yourself up mentally afterwards?
A lot of people—especially young people deal with tough decisions all the time, and they tend to make the wrong decisions on purpose. Just to conform. However, they live with guilt in the end.
I wish kids were able to make the right decisions without caring what others think. This society is too people pleasing driven. I’m so glad I’m at a point in my life where I can honestly say forget what others think. They can’t send me to heaven or hell so why care what they think?
