I truly believe the world is lacking this so called “love” that people always rap or sing about.
People always say ‘I gotcha back,’ ‘we ride or die together,’ or ‘I don’t care what people say I love you.’ If one truly meant any of that they would stick to it. Or at least attempt to, and not run as soon as a problem arises. The words are:
to have and to hold
‘from this day forward;
for better, for worse,
for richer, for poorer,
in sickness and in health,
to love, cherish, and obey,
till death us do part’
That means you’re going to go to the end of the road together. I believe society is so intrigued by love stories such as ‘Titanic,’ ‘The Notebook,’ and ‘A Walk to Remember’ because rarely do we see that type of love displayed. I love the old school songs, because they talk about TRUE love . Not the lustful love that this current music industry portrays. This current music is just full of lust and lust only gets you sex. But what about after that?
Do you have love that will last all eternity or only for just a few minutes of pleasure? Maybe if ladies truly loved themselves enough they would get that true love in return.
