Eat: There is no satisfaction quite like putting that last bite of your favorite dessert into your mouth. That tingling sensation of fulfillment leaves you in awe of the delectable that once sat before you. It’s as if the world stopped at that very moment to see you finish off that dessert. Eating is a necessity and a pleasure. Being able to cook is a gift. Cooking can bring people together. Or put you in a peaceful trance, in which you forget the occurrences of the day to focus on the plate before you. The next time you eat, take time to cherish every bite-enjoy every moment of it. Raise your spoon to good grub.
Pray: Means that you humble yourself and admit, “Lord I can do NOTHING without you.” Prayer is communication between a believer and his God. Go outside and look up. What did you see? Wasn’t it amazing? Bathe in the beauty of it all. The sky, clouds-all created by an awesome God. How can one not believe in Him, for every creation has an architect? Pray without ceasing and acknowledge there is a God… without Him there would be no YOU!
Love: It’s better said than done. Too many people use this word not knowing the true meaning of it. Love does not have to be used in the context of sexual pleasure however, it could mean how you treat others, respect yourself, and your surroundings. Love is patient. Love is kind. Love doesn’t envy. Love is not proud. For love conquers all. Read 1 Corinthians 13 for the true meaning of love. Love is pure and beautiful. If people operated in its true form they would experience real happiness.
Eat. Pray. Love. Life is too short to exclude any of those three words-they make life even more fun & fabulouz. Raise your spoons and enjoy life to the fullest.
