It was a dark and blistering night in Indy and my craving for pasta was quite strong. In fact, I traveled for more than 15 minutes looking for something to satisfy my need. Finally, in a little plaza I spotted a cute, cozy shop—Nancy’s Pizza. Me running in the rain to get to my beloved food no longer seemed like a big deal. I was too close to eating to care. Alrighty let’s get on with my review.
Cuisine: Shrimp and Spinach in pink Alfredo Sauce; Spaghetti and Meatballs; Garlic Bread
Analysis: The shrimp definitely was the highlight of the Shrimp and Spinach meal. Overall it was an okay dish, the pink Alfredo Sauce was a bit overbearing. The spaghetti was tasty and the meatballs added that extra zest. The marinara sauce was delicious, full of sensational flavors. The portion sizes were enough to feed 2-3 people.
Cost: Shrimp and Spinach in pink Alfredo Sauce, $12.75; Spaghetti, $5.75; Meatballs, $2.95; and Garlic Bread $1.00
I’m looking forward to trying their famous Stuffed Pizza in the future. To find out more about Nancy’s Pizza click here.
