Fashion’s Night Out (FNO) is quickly approaching and I am too excited. I have my outfit picked out and everything. Woot! I will be at the Circle Centre Mall and the Fashion Mall at Keystone at the Crossing for FNO. I will be at public and private events so hopefully I get the opportunity to meet you. If you are unable to attend, I will report back here and give you the inside scoop. For those of you wondering what’s going down and would like to dive into the fashion activities, take a peek at my Fashion’s Night Out Guide.
Fashionable events are taking place all over Indy.
Circle Centre has teamed up with Pattern, Indianapolis’ leading fashion organization, and Social Club 19, a local men’s fashion blog, to host a special event in the Artsgarden from 6 to 9 p.m. Attendees will be able to interact with local designers and style bloggers, see hair and makeup demos, observe a live fashion shoot, get styling tips and be photographed on a special Fashion’s Night Out backdrop. Local fashion organizations and companies will also be on hand to teach attendees about Indianapolis’ emerging fashion industry and how they can become involved.
In addition, vendors throughout Circle Centre will offer shoppers unique experiences. Shoppers can register to win a $500 American Express Simon Gift Card, watch hair styling demonstrations by Trade Secret, and sample treats from Godiva, Auntie Anne’s Pretzels and California Pizza Kitchen. Circle Centre retailers will also be celebrating Fashion’s Night Out, offering special promotions that evening. Participating retailers include: Banana Republic, Express, Gap, Go Fish, Godiva, and Trade Secret.
The first 200 Circle Centre Fashion’s Night Out attendees will receive a swag bag filled with goodies and promotions. WTTS (92.3 FM) will be onsite throughout the evening to provide music.
The Fashion Mall will host its event, sponsored locally by Turkle & Associates and Helen Wells Agency, in Nordstrom Court from 6 to 9p.m. The first 150 attendees to register for simon.com will receive a swag bag. The event will feature beauty demonstrations, food sampling, live music from DJ MetroGnome, and prize drawings at 7 and 8 p.m. Attendees can enjoy on-stage fashion and styling segments including:
6:30 p.m.—Taste of Fall
7:00 p.m.—Necessary Objects
7:30 p.m.—Shop the Fashion Mall Closet
8:00 p.m.—Street Style Chic: Cast Your Vote
The Fashion Mall has many participating retailers who will be offering in-store discounts, conducting demonstrations, and/or participating in the on-stage segments, including: Ann Taylor, Nordstrom, MAC Cosmetics, Nine West, Sephora, and plenty more.
