Going through all those posts was like jogging down memory lane. I didn’t know what to expect sometimes. It was so fun going back and discovering some. Sometimes I was like, “Really, I wrote that?” Ha! It’s such a pleasure writing for you all. I enjoy it so much. I hope you have just as fun peeking at each one as I do writing them. I could no longer narrow it down after 20 posts. So here are the remainder of my favorite selections for 2012. Hopefully these will spark your memory.
AK’s Pick: Printed Ear Wear
I remember writing this post like it was yesterday. I was determined to find the perfect jumbled earrings. I was so pleased with the way it all turned out. To view this crafty post peek here.
This inspires you to let go of the negativity in your life and move forward. Life is filled with twists and turns. But there is away out of it all. Don’t loose faith! This has helped me through difficult times as well. Peek at the full message here.
We see enough women running around in ill-fitting outfits exploiting their bodies. But two women that always keep it classy are First Lady Michelle Obama and Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton. I admire their grace and elegance. It was so fun putting together their fashion looks over the years. Take a glance at their looks here.
Eloquii Fashion Feature
It was a pleasure talking to Jodi Arnold all the way from New York City. Her story is an inspiration. I was excited to share her line, Eloquii, a fashion-forward, full-figured line which rightfully acknowledges the plus-size woman. Arnold tells an intriguing story of how she uses her line to connect with women. Peek at the full story here.
This post is a call to action to my readers to clean your thought life. Don’t just let anyone speak into your life. My favorite line in this post is, “remember the worse type of bondage is the chains we latch onto ourselves.” To view the full post peek here.
Embellished Collar Frenzy
The embellished collar trend is one that I adore. Your outfit transforms once you add these babies to it. These ones I found made me cheer for joy. Take a peek at these sensational fashion accessories here.
Characterize Your Sweatshirt
I love wearing sweatshirts. People always tell me how nice I dress mine up. So I wanted to show you how to add character to your everyday hoodie. One reader even said, “Thanks for the post I tried your tips and loved them.” To learn how you can jazz up your hoodie peek here.
Champ’s First Vet Visit
The love of my life is forever into something. Always! But Champ is too fun. I enjoy sorting through his pictures, and creating posts about him. His first vet visit was scary for him, but he calmed down and did a great job. I love the Broad Ripple Animal Clinic & Wellness Center. Peek at Champ’s adventure and some helpful vet visit tips here.
Grownup Hello Kitty Essentials
I am a fan of Hello Kitty and have some items from the collection, including my iPad case. Sometimes adults still want to hang onto those kid-like items, but still play it cool. Here I show items that are okay to sport as an adult. These items are too cute! To view some Hello Kitty goodness peek here.
This is extremely unique to the blog because I’ve never been out the country. It was an adventure I had to document day by day. I hope you enjoyed the coverage. I’m looking into traveling more, and of course I will give you the inside scoop. To learn more about my Bahamas trip peek here.
Did any of these ring a bell? They brought back so many memories for me.
