Of course I was too pumped to dress up in my summer wardrobe while on the cruise. I love my winter fashion, but summer clothing gets me all jittery inside. It was exhilarating to pull out the warm weather wardrobe for a while. I chose simple pieces to throw on during vacation. With the number of activities planned I wanted to keep my selections easy to maneuver in but still practical. Does that make any sense? Ha! Point is I was cute, comfy and the clothes were easy to pack. See what I sported during my vacation.
Confession: I changed like more than twice a day sometimes on this cruise. Ha! The struggle was real. Below you can see some of the outfits I was able to capture. Disclaimer: The lighting in some of the pictures is weird.
I brought three different swimsuits with me. I don’t have all the photos of those though, but they came in handy. This one above is a cut out one. I also purchased a sun hat that was desperately needed for the heat.
The only shoes I brought were two pairs of sandals hot pink, gold ones and high heels. Simple! My bag was already full to the limit anyways. Here I’m sporting some crafty pieces.
The heels came in handy for the elegant dining attire. Here I wore my strapless leopard print dress. My babe was my date for the evening. We matched in our red and black. I love my big hoop earrings!
I love maxi dresses! They are definitely my go-to summer piece. Here I’m sporting one of my faves.
I was comfy in my shorts and tank, both were easy to slip off to take a swim. My swimsuit was underneath. The print on the back is an eye catcher. Here I’m sporting it with my flip-flops. Earlier I had on my gold sandals with it. See below!
Another dress! I love the dresses. Just grab and go! On the right is just a cool photo on the staircase of the cruise. Yes, the ship had Christmas décor as well.
Peek back tomorrow to see where I shopped at in the Bahamas and get some packing tips.
